Don’s Goodbye Café was produced and mixed by Guy Sternberg at Lowswing Studios, Berlin, and mastered by Doug Henderson. All songs were written and arranged by Paul McMahon except “Junkyards full of Flowers, Below the Vines, In Memoriam, and Only the Gypsy Knows – Paul McMahon/Kieran McMahon. As a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and previous prize winner in The International Song Contest (ISC), Paul composes music and songs for various ensembles including The Pied Wagtail Collective and Tercet, with whom he performs regularly in the likes of De Barras Folk Club and Levi’s of Ballydehob.
